This is the song it’s all about. Hard driving beats, sweet harmonies, country rock guitar licks, the whole mix in the red - I can’t think of anything else from any era that sounds like this song. The Stones come close on Beggars Banquet, but without the sweetness; The Dead have the right vibe, but never rock this hard. I would’ve named this website after the song, but there could be some confusion in the Google searches. Still, the idea fits; this blog is about giving some due to the rock music that came before us - “the older guys really got it all worked out (woo-hoo-hooo!)”
