Ed Garcia was referred to me by the owner of Sweet Adeline Bakeshop, a bakery in Berkeley for whom I’d done some WordPress development. He’s an electrician in the area who wanted to convey a sense of localism for his business. I recommended a photographer to him, and together we took photographs of his job sites and crew in and around the Berkeley area. I think it was a successful approach to build the design around the photo content.
